fix(session-options): label a remote or Docker session's working folder correctly (#593 merge-time fix)

The row said the path is "on the machine hosting Codeman" for every session.
A remote SSH session's workingDir is the path on the remote host, and a
Docker session's CLI runs inside the container the host folder is mounted
into. openSessionOptions now sets the description from session.remote /
session.docker (the id it targets was added with the layout fix).
