Codeman maintainer 71a9cc74c1 docs(codex): README and the skill's blocked-worker recipe know codex blocks ...

The README (both languages) still said only claude and deepseek sessions
emit `blocked` and that codex accepts only idle, working and exit, and the
skill's Flow 5 called `blocked` claude-mode only. Codex now raises it from
its screen-read dialogs; the recipe says to watch it with
`until=blocked,exit` (codex has no `stop`) and to answer in the terminal.
The plugin mirror is regenerated with scripts/sync-plugin.mjs.
