Devvyn 5b77c271b0 docs(copilot): document GitHub Copilot CLI in full
- New docs/copilot-integration.md in the shape of the other CLI guides: install and identity
probe, authentication (keychain vs plain-text config.json, COPILOT_GITHUB_TOKEN), what Codeman
wires up (Run button --yolo and its clamp, model, resume, continue, --name rule), BYOK custom
endpoints, terminal behaviour (drag selection, wheel and touch), the codeman agent verbs
(ready mark, read), plan usage, Docker, Remote SSH, what is deliberately not wired, known gaps.
- Agent-CLIs wiki: the eleven-modes table, a GitHub Copilot CLI section, the env prefix row, the
feature-comparison rows and the status endpoint list.
- README, Home, FAQ, Core Concepts, Docker Cases, Remote SSH, Contributing, The Dashboard and
Custom Model Endpoints: mode lists and counts; CLAUDE.md: stack line, SessionMode, prefixes,
  resolver list, external-CLI notes and the plan-usage source; api-reference MCP target wording;
the env allowlist error message names COPILOT_*.

Codeman maintainer df2bdc8a9e docs(wiki): add a Codeman Skill page with the skill GIFs
The skill only had a section inside "Driving Codeman From An Agent". It now
has its own page, docs/wiki/Codeman-Skill.md, built around three real runs:

- five Claude Code workers powering on in the tile grid (2026-10-15)
- eight worker tabs with lineage lines back to the lead (2026-10-15)
- a DeepSeek Harness worker and a Claude Code worker from one prompt
  (2026-10-10)

plus every install route, prompts that work as written, a run start to
finish, which workers it can drive, what it will and will not do on its
own, the Codex notes and what is in the skill. The page says that the grid
recording put each worker on the grid as it started, since sessions an
agent starts do not join the grid by themselves.

The agent page keeps a short skill section (the heading anchor stays) and
links to the new page; the sidebar, Home, FAQ and Settings Reference link
to it too. The FAQ answer no longer says the skill is enabled per case only.
docs/media-assets.md records the new embeds.

Codeman maintainer 3952963bad docs(worktrees): API reference, wiki page and the invariants behind them
Documents the worktree endpoints and quick-start's worktree field in
docs/api-reference.md, adds a Git Worktrees page to the wiki (sidebar,
Home index, a pointer from Core Concepts where sessions sharing one
case folder is explained), and records the rules that keep the feature
safe in docs/architecture-invariants.md with a short CLAUDE.md pointer:
only the managed .claude/worktrees path is ever touched, git never runs
over a Docker workspace, removal is never forced and branch delete is
-d only, and sessions start through the existing create paths.

Codeman maintainer 9d38cbf51a fix(build, docs): dependency preflight before the build wipes dist, docs drift for 1.40.0
- scripts/build.mjs resolves exceljs/dist/exceljs.min.js and fflate first,
before tsc and before rm -rf dist/web/public. A tree whose node_modules
predate those devDependencies (pulled but never ran npm install) used to
fail in prepare-spreadsheet-assets.mjs with the live dist assets already
deleted, so the running server served an index.html whose hashed files
were gone. It now exits 1 with "run `npm install` first", nothing touched.
test/spreadsheet-assets.test.ts pins the order, that the list covers every
require.resolve in the prepare script, and runs a relocated copy of the
build to prove the exit and message.
- CLAUDE.md: the header visibility rule's stock desktop default now lists
Tiles (1180px and wider), which ships ON on desktop.
- docs/wiki/Agent-CLIs.md: "Before 1.36.0" becomes "Before 1.40.0" (four
  places); 1.36.0 never ships.
- docs/wiki/Home.md: the "Everything in the manual" index lists Tile Grid
and Custom Model Endpoints, matching the sidebar. test/wiki-home-index
fails when a sidebar page is missing from that index.
- docs/wiki/Tile-Grid.md: the Tiles default is off on tablets too since the
touch-primary default landed, not only on phones.
- docs/browser-testing-guide.md: the fixed port table and new WebServer(PORT)
snippet give way to the port-0 pattern (new WebServer(0, false, true),
  server.boundPort) that test/test-ports-guard.test.ts enforces; the
examples that opened localhost:3000, the live instance, use BASE_URL.

Codeman maintainer bd286bf502 docs(wiki): catch the manual up to 1.29.0 and add the three run modes it never had
The wiki was written for seven run modes and never received Grok Build, DeepSeek
Harness or OMP. They now appear everywhere the others do: the modes table and
per-CLI notes, install commands, environment prefixes, the Quick Start table, the
requirements rows, the vocabulary, and every "seven modes" count.

The 1.27 to 1.29.0 changes land on the pages that own them: attaching a case to an
existing container, multi-case adoption and the copy-a-case picker (Docker Cases);
file reads over ssh in remote cases and what stays unavailable (Remote SSH Sessions,
Working With Files, Security); single-page app routing, frame recovery, localhost
links as tabs and the egress guard (Web Tabs); DeepSeek as the one non-Claude mode
with real stop/blocked signals and Approvals items, Codex's own work detection,
last-response, the model-endpoint routes and refreshed counts (HTTP API, Driving
From An Agent, Hooks, Notifications, Keeping Agents Running, Core Concepts);
Shift+drag, right-click copy, Auto Copy, the Ctrl+Z guard, font weight, the vertical
rail and its activity sort (Keyboard Shortcuts, Input And Voice, The Dashboard,
Settings Reference); the 600px phone cutoff, Codex shift arrows and iPhone Duo
(Mobile Guide); the Docker Compose route and its update rule (Installation, Running
As A Service); four new symptom entries and a "which CLIs" question (Troubleshooting,
FAQ).

Custom model endpoints are deliberately left to #430, which adds that page and edits
Agent CLIs, Settings Reference and the sidebar; these edits stay out of the regions
#430, #428 and #376 touch, and all three still merge cleanly on top.

Both READMEs: the web-tab menu entry is labelled "Add URL" in the UI, not
"Add dashboard".

Codeman maintainer f3cb7696f0 docs: publish docs/wiki as the user manual, with a sync workflow
30 pages covering install, concepts, the dashboard, the agent CLIs, unattended
runs, remote and Docker cases, security and the HTTP API, plus a sidebar and a
footer. The wiki repo has no CI and no review, so docs/wiki is the source of
truth and .github/workflows/wiki-sync.yml mirrors it on every push to master.

The workflow refuses to mirror when docs/wiki is missing or holds no pages,
because it deletes before it copies and would otherwise publish the deletion of
every page. The footer carries a {{VERSION}} placeholder stamped at publish
time rather than a hand-written version, which went stale on every release.
