JD 2cfa2783ad fix(uploads): say how many files a mixed pick, drop or paste skipped
A selection mixing a file the server takes with one it refuses dropped the refused one without a word, and the Compose and paste-dialog pickers never toasted even when every file was refused. Every pick, drop and paste filter now goes through one helper that counts what the classifier refused: a partial refusal toasts how many were skipped while the rest upload, a full one keeps the existing Unsupported file type toast, and a clipboard paste that falls back to its text stays quiet.

JD 244d9a49f1 feat(uploads): prompt uploads take documents
The Attach button, the Compose and paste-dialog pickers, terminal drop and the
clipboard now take documents beside images and videos: the office formats
pdf/docx/pptx/xlsx/zip and the text family txt/md/csv/tsv/json/log/yaml/yml/xml.

A document is admitted by its name's extension (the MIME a phone attaches to a
.md is anyone's guess), buffered under the same 50MB image cap, and judged on
its bytes by the same fail-closed sniffer: a magic-number signature for the
binary formats, UTF-8 with no NUL byte for text. It is saved under a sanitized
stem of its name, so Q3 report.pdf is findable as paste-<ts>-<hex>-Q3-report.pdf.

sh/py/js/html are refused by name with a clear 400. That is a scope choice, not
a security property: file-raw already serves non-media text inert, so this keeps
the server from storing what it would serve or an agent could run, and html and
svg are the ones deliberately kept out. One client classifier (_promptAttachKind)
now returns image, video or document, and the server's dispatch mirrors it: an
image MIME wins whatever the name says, a document extension takes the document
branch, and a foreign extension with no image MIME is refused only after the
image sniff fails, so nothing the image path accepted by its bytes is lost.

Codeman maintainer c3cee40f56 fix(mobile): a pasted ESC[201~ cannot end the bracketed paste early (#600 merge-time fix)
_sendBracketedPaste wrapped the text as is, so clipboard text carrying the
end marker (a pastejacking page can write one) closed the bracket early and
the rest was typed as keys, its CR running a command before review. The
paste markers inside the text are now dropped first; this also hardens the
Compose path, which shares the helper.

Codeman maintainer b7c18ab5b7 Merge pull request #600: fix(mobile): shell Paste inserts a multi-line block as one bracketed paste 2026-10-13 18:27:11 +02:00
timkjrandClaude Opus 5.5 683a1c218f fix(mobile): send a shell Paste image to the session the dialog was opened for
The Paste dialog's image branch called _uploadAndInsertImages() without a
session, so it fell back to the active session at pick time: after a tab
switch with the dialog open, the image went to the other tab, while the
text Send already used the session captured at open.

Also corrects the comments around the shared bracketed write: the size
refusal now lives in _sendBracketedPaste(), the budget covers the shell
Paste too, and a shell without bracketed paste (dash, bash before 5.1)
gets the markers stripped by tmux, so every line but the last still runs
there.

timkjrandClaude Opus 5.5 d157911166 fix(mobile): shell Paste inserts a multi-line block as one bracketed paste
The shell accessory bar's Paste overlay sent its text raw and then an
Enter (`app.sendInput(text)` + a delayed `\r`), so every newline in a
multi-line paste reached the shell as Enter and each line ran on its own
the moment it arrived, followed by one more Enter.

Send it the way a terminal paste does instead: one write wrapped in
ESC[200~ ... ESC[201~ with newlines as CR, through the same path Compose
already uses (its bracketed write is extracted into
`_sendBracketedPaste`, unchanged for Compose). Paste never presses Enter:
the block lands at the prompt for the user to review and run. The
overlay is only reached for shell sessions (the shell bar's Paste button,
and Compose redirecting a shell), so agent sessions are unaffected.

Also: a paste over the input-frame budget is refused with a toast and
keeps its text for trimming (the raw path could exceed the WS frame
limit), and the paste goes to the session the overlay was opened for,
not whichever tab is active at Send.

JD 34c903da41 feat(mobile): phone Attach button and camera-roll video uploads
A phone-only toolbar Attach button hands the agent a photo or a video with the
keyboard down. It owns its own file input, positioned over the button so iOS
anchors the picker popover to it; the picked paths land on the prompt as unsent
text, so Compose adopts them together with anything already typed and Use
terminal keyboard hands a single-line draft back the other way.

Videos take a second path on the same route: ?kind=video streams the file to
disk under MAX_PASTE_VIDEO_BYTES (1GB, env CODEMAN_MAX_PASTE_VIDEO_BYTES)
instead of buffering it, sniffs the container from the first bytes as they
arrive, drains a mislabeled body unwritten and unlinks on any failure. It draws
on its own 3/min per-(IP, session) rate bucket beside the image path's 30/min:
at 1GB each, 30/min would be 30GB of disk a minute. Without the flag the route
is byte-identical to the image-only version, same 50MB cap and same bucket.

One client classifier, _promptAttachKind (MIME first, then the name's
extension), drives every pick and paste surface: the Attach button, terminal
drop, the tile grid's drop, the Compose and paste-dialog pickers and the
clipboard handlers. A pick that lands while the tile grid owns the terminal
goes to the PTY rather than the parked main-terminal overlay.

Rounak DattaandClaude Opus 5 d9fa9ba1eb test(terminal): follow the existing suites to the one geometry owner
The gate caught fourteen failures the focused tests could not: every harness
that builds a partial app out of cherry-picked mixin methods, and every source
guard that named `fitAddon.fit()` by hand.

Most are wiring — `syncTerminalGeometry`, `_refitAfterCellSizeChange` and
`_resizeTerminalTo` added to the fakes so the real chain runs rather than a
stub of it. `file-browser-search` is the one that shows why it matters: without
the method on the fake, selectSession's unconditional call threw into its own
catch and every later assertion in the file measured a load that never
happened.

Two are not wiring.

`detached-session-pane-sizing` pinned the behaviour this change deliberately
reverses. It asserted the LOCAL fit still runs for a session owned by its own
window — "withhold the send, never the reflow" — so the assertion is restated
rather than patched, with the reason beside it and in the file's docblock: a
reflow the PTY is never told about leaves this xterm rendering a CLI's frames
against a shape that does not exist, and the popup that owns the pane is
drawing for its own width regardless. The old rule bought a garbled frame, not
a correct one.

`mobile-prompt-composer` sliced `_cleanupSessionData` as a fixed 1200-character
window, so the assertion depended on how much unrelated code sat above the line
it cared about. It reads the whole method now.

`terminal-scroll-intent` records `syncTerminalGeometry` rather than `fit`,
under its own name: recording a bare fit there would name the very thing the
subject was changed to stop doing.

Codeman maintainer d8e85285c9 fix(mobile): merge-time fixes for the prompt composer (#444)
- styles.css: restate the composer overlay's own bottom gutter after the fold rules
(the generic .paste-overlay longhand erased it: 0px flat, hinge strip replacing it
folded) and subtract the fold strip from the dialog's max-height
- test/foldable-layout.test.ts: simulate the cascade for
.paste-overlay.prompt-composer-overlay (fails without the CSS fix); pin the palette
anchor by name instead of ELEMENTS.at(-1)
- keyboard-accessory.js: guard the app global in refreshForActiveSession() like the
  rest of the file
- keyboard-accessory.js: a whitespace-only draft is empty (Send no longer submits
blank lines); the text still goes out untrimmed
- keyboard-accessory.js: derive _composerMaxLength and the frame refusal from one
64 KiB frame limit minus both bracketed-paste markers so they cannot drift
- keyboard-accessory.js: translate the textarea placeholder and label at build time,
since the DOM translator skips <textarea> subtrees
- i18n.js: zh-CN entries for the composer dialog copy
- docs/wiki/Mobile-Guide.md: describe the Compose key instead of a clipboard key
- CLAUDE.md: a "Mobile prompt composer" paragraph after the accessory bar one
- test/mobile-prompt-composer.test.ts: pin the whitespace rule and the derived budget
